Additionally, two integrated USB ports allow multiple users to create and store custom protocols. 405 Touch provides the same industry-leading features as BioTek's popular ELx405TM Microplate Washer. The monochromator-based EonTM Microplate Spectrophotometer provides shaking, temperature control, flexible 200-999 nm wavelength selection, and spectral scanning in 6- to 384-well microplates. An optional cuvette port expands functionality and aids in assay miniaturization to microplates or 2 µL volumes used with BioTek's Take3TM and new Take3 Trio Micro-Volume Plates. Finally, the EL406TM Combination Microplate Washer Dispenser combines fast, efficient microplate washing with two dispensing technologies for 96- to 1536-well microplates, and also works with magnetic bead-based applications.
