New KAPA
TM DNA ladders are designed to determine
the approximate size and quantity of double stranded DNA on agarose gel. There
are 2 different types of kit available, the Universal Ladder and the Express
Ladder kit. Both kits are stable at room temperature and are made with DNA
loading dye for direct loading on gel.
KAPA
TM Express Ladder kits are ideal for fast electrophoresis and contain seven
DNA fragments in base pairs: 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600, 4000 and 8000. The kit
contains one reference band for orientation (1600).
KAPA
TM Universal Ladder kits contain eighteen DNA fragments in base pairs: 100,
150, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 800, 1000, 1200, 1600, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000,
6000, 8000, and 10000. It also contains four reference bands for orientation:
500, 1000, 1600 and 4000.
