Matrix LIMS Express is a new system from Autoscribe Limited that offers a low cost entry level system for the smaller laboratory or for a single department within a larger organization.

Matrix Express provides all the key functions of a LIMS including sample/work registration, wordlist creation, result entry, result validation, sample approval and reporting. In addition sample/test status may be monitored. Data tables are provided for specifying details of sample submitters, products/substances, tests and system users. Version control is a standard feature of these tables.

Matrix Express may be upgraded to the Matrix Gemini LIMS if and when the work load or work patterns warrant this change.
