Oxford Global are proud to present the Single Cell Genomics and Transcriptomics USA congress which co-located with Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) USA congress  and to be held on the 27th  – 28th  October 2015 at The Joseph B. Martin Conference Center at Harvard Medical School, Boston, USA. Leveraging from the success of our NGS based events (please see www.ngs-congress.com and www.singlecell-congress.com) in the UK, this prestigious congress will bring together over 200 senior level attendees from both academia and pharma to discuss the most crucial challenges in the Single Cell analysis and the next generation sequencing field.

Over the two days, the Single Cell Genomics and Transcriptomics USA congress will focus on latest innovations in single cell technologies and analysis. Day 1 looks at new methods in DNA sequencing, epigenomic DNA sequencing and RNA sequencing, informatics, data handling as well as application of single cell genomics in understanding cancer,  other areas of cancer research such as cancer stem cells and immunotherapy. On Day 2, the presentations are comprised of novel techniques in imaging and cytometry, isolation and processing of single cells. The congress also covers the applications in translational medicine and the clinic for therapeutic targeting

The co-located NGS USA congress aims to cover updates and application of NGS technologies in genomics and genetics research in the US and UK, Europe. Topics are comprised of NGS & NGS Data Analysis Technologies and Platforms, NGS for Cancer Drug Development, Microbiology and Immunotherapy as well as Clinical Applications & Diagnostics. Novel updates in Gene Synthesis, Protein Sequencing and Targeted Sequencing will also be explored.
