AN-ISE sc Combi-Sensor: Reliable measurement values for ammonium and nitrate by compensating for interferences from potassium and chloride

Ammonium and nitrate are key measurement values in sewage treatment plants. The ability to record and manage these parameters reliably plays a major role in efficient plant management.

The new AN-ISE sc sensor from HACH LANGE means only one measurement needs to be taken. Ammonium and nitrate concentrations can be accurately recorded with real-time automatic compensation for potassium and chloride interferences by the ISE probe. With no sample preparation required beforehand, the parameters can be measured during the actual process, ensuring less interruption,  reduced costs, time and maintenance thanks to the AN-ISE sc sensor.

The reason for easy and safe handling is the tried and tested CARTRICAL technology from HACH LANGE, which ensures the AN-ISE sc sensor is ready to use right away. Since all electrodes are perfectly calibrated with each other in the pre-calibrated cartridge, no time-consuming calibration is required for individual electrodes. The factory calibration is automatically implemented using the CARTRICAL plus system.

And just as simple as the initial start-up is the handling of the AN-ISE sc sensor: The clear menu guide in plain text makes processes easier, for example when changing and cleaning cartridges - practically no training is required.

Another benefit is the SC Controller Platform: Alongside the AN-ISE sc sensor, sensors for other parameters can also be connected just as easily. With the SC 1000 Digital Controller, the measurement system can be monitored around the clock via SMS or e-mail alerts.

The AN-ISE sc sensor combines several key benefits in one: reliable ammonium and nitrate checks combined with intuitive handling, it saves energy and enables cost-effective processes.
