Corning is pleased to announce to its customers that it has acquired Axygen BioScience, Inc. and all its subsidiaries, (Sorenson, HTL, ALP, and Labnet). As you may know, Axygen is a leading manufacturer of high quality plastic consumables, liquid handling products and bench-top laboratory equipment. The company’s products are recognized by users worldwide under brand names including Axygen, Sorenson, HTL and Labnet, which are all synonymous with quality and reliability.

We are very pleased to add Axygen’s broad portfolio of products to Corning’s Life Sciences offerings. This combination will provide you with an even more comprehensive line of laboratory research products, all delivered with the excellent service that you have come to expect from Corning.
