Manufactured from solid aluminium, Heat-On provides even heat transfer to the entire block, preventing hot spots. The unique deep well shape has been proven to avoid sticking and cracking of flasks maximising the heating surface area further contributing to faster heat-up. Heat-On is available with an innovative Fluoropolymer coating that gives superb chemical resistance to most solvents and alkalis and extends the product life, but if preferred, a standard lower cost anodised finish is also available.

The weight saving design of Heat-On reduces the thermal mass of the block, making heat up times significantly faster. Tests have shown that Heat-On can boil a 250ml flask of water in under 11 minutes making them faster and more efficient than oil bathes or other competitive blocks.
