Revolutionary Ultra-Miniature Fiber Optic Pressure Sensors

Samba Preclin Pressure Monitoring System for animal research Harvard Apparatus has introduced the revolutionary Samba Preclin Pressure Monitoring System for animal research featuring ultra-miniature fiber-optic pressure transducers.

This exciting new technology enables researchers to record high frequency pressure data (up to 40 KHz) using a transducer no bigger than a grain of salt on a human hair - small enough for insertion into carotid, femoral and tail arteries of mice!

The fiber-optic transducer is safe for use within an MRI environment (+10T!) and is ideal for use in gating the MRI allowing the production of optimal movie sequences and enhanced image quality.

These new products are available exclusively through Harvard Apparatus and Harvard Apparatus Distributors, worldwide.
