TOC Analysis as Precise as Sensitive - multi N/C with VITA Flow Management System

publication date: Jun 6, 2014

author/source: Analytik Jena UK

TOC analyzers

At fast injection rates of representatively large sample volumes into a high-temperature combustion system classical TOC analyzers reach their limits.

But the patented VITA® Flow Management System makes the IR absorption flow-independent by compensating flow fluctuations. Thus, the measurement signal is completely independent of the injection volume and speed. Easy Cal enables multi-point calibration generated from one single standard solution. The method calibration remains valid, even if the injection volume for sample measurement was changed. The catalyst lifetime is long, the calibration effort is low, and the long term stability for TOC calibration reduces the calibration effort. Quick injection of large sample volumes brings along maximum precision and sensitivity in the trace range.
