The Biochrom EZ Read 400 microplate reader portfolio now
includes the EZ Read 400 Flexi. By allowing customers to pre-select the filters
most suited to their absorbance measurement needs, Biochrom provides fully
validated performance for each unique filter for full confidence in results at
an affordable price.
In addition to four standard ELISA filters of 405, 450, 492
and 620 nm, the EZ Read 400 Flexi model enables
customers to choose up to four additional filters within a wavelength range of
400-750 nm for pre-installation. ADAP 2.0 Basic software is supplied as
standard providing straightforward reader control for endpoint, kinetic and
multi-wavelength measurements, as well as easy export into Microsoft Excel. For
more sophisticated applications, optional ADAP 2.0 Plus software allows users
to quickly and easily design methods for instant data analysis using standard
curves or cut-offs.
Specifically designed with ELISA labs in mind, the EZ Read
400 ELISA combines precision performance with easy operation. Pre-fitted with
four filters covering the most commonly used wavelengths (405, 450, 492, and
620 nm), the reader is remotely operated via the user-friendly, and Windows 7
compatible, ADAP 2.0 software.
EZ Read 400 Research suits multi-applications research
laboratories. Capable of carrying out microplate readings for ELISA, protein
and cell proliferation assays, the EZ Read 400 Research offers application
flexibility. This model comes with eight pre-installed filters covering the
most common laboratory assays. These include: ELISA (405, 450 and 492 nm),
protein (562, 595 and 650 nm), and cell proliferation (570 and 620 nm) assays.
The EZ Read 400 connects to any PC via a USB port.
Whether focused on ELISA, multi-applications research or
specialized protein or cell proliferation assays, Biochrom has the absorbance
microplate reader model to meet the needs of even the busiest laboratories.
Each of the Biochrom EZ Read 400 microplate readers offers impressive technical
specifications at an affordable price.
