Integrated DNA Technologies Appoints LubioScience as Distributors in Switzerland
Researchers in Switzerland no longer need to import IDT products; local expertise facilitates ordering
Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), has signed a distributor agreement with LubioScience GmbH (LubioScience), based in Lucerne, Switzerland. Through LubioScience, researchers in Switzerland will benefit from local access to IDT’s full range of high quality reagents for genomics research, including custom oligonucleotides, and products for next generation sequencing, CRISPR genome editing, qPCR, and RNA interference.
IDT products have been available for import into Switzerland for more than 10 years. Now, researchers can order from within the country. In addition, this agreement makes available to IDT customers LubioScience’s team of expert customer care specialists who can facilitate fast, efficient ordering and answer technical questions as needed.
“Since 2004, we’ve built a reputation as Switzerland’s pre-eminent supplier of molecular biology and life science laboratory reagents,” said Dr Daniel Auerbach, owner and managing director of LubioScience. “We are pleased to partner with IDT, the world’s leading manufacturer of custom nucleic acid products and genomics solutions. We look forward to offering researchers in Switzerland an even more comprehensive range of genomics products, as well as the scientific expertise to be able to recommend solutions that best suit their needs.”
Dr Joseph A Walder, IDT founder and CEO, agrees, “We are constantly seeking opportunities to improve our world-class products and services, and our customers’ overall experience. Switzerland has a thriving genomics community, so it was important for us to offer researchers there local access to our unrivalled manufacturing capabilities, design expertise, genomics solutions, and fast turnaround times. This distribution agreement with LubioScience has made this possible.”
