ECM 630 Exponential Decay Wave Electroporator
The ECM 630 Exponential Decay Wave Electroporator is a versatile system ideal for high efficiency transformation of bacteria, yeast, and other microorganisms with DNA, RNA, proteins, and small molecules.

BTX has updated and improved this product by adding an easy to use color touchscreen interface, enhanced safety features, pre-set experimental protocols to electroporate the most commonly used cell types, ability to create, edit, and save up to 1000 user defined protocols, and an experimental data log recording parameters of all delivered pulses for QC and troubleshooting purposes.

Customers will find that in addition to these updates, new ECM 630 instruments offer the same great performance as the previous legacy BTX ECM 630 and ECM 600 instruments.

Applications of ECM 630 Electroporator include:

  • High-throughput electroporation (up to 96 samples at a time)
  • Scalable electroporation for samples 20 µl to 10 ml
  • Transformation of bacteria, yeast, and other microorganisms
  • CRISPR gene editing
  • Gene, siRNA, mRNA, protein, small molecule, and nanoparticle delivery

Visit the BTX website for detailed product descriptions, instrument specifications, and additional resources.

BTX is a global leader in development and manufacture of innovative electroporation and electrofusion tools for the advancement of cell transfection and cell fusion.
