Ion Exchange Material for Capture and Intermediate Purification Applications

The Ion Exchange capture material is based on the same hydrophilic polymer matrix already used for the successful analytical phase. Analytical BioPro columns (particle size: 5 μm, pore size 100 nm) have proven to show low non specifi c binding and high dynamic binding capacity.

The Ion Exchange capture material is based on the same hydrophilic polymer matrix already used for the successful analytical phase. Analytical BioPro columns (particle size: 5 μm, pore size 100 nm) have proven to show low non specific binding and high dynamic binding capacity.

Now, a capture material with similar properties is available. The material is offered with a particle size of 75 μm and a pore size of 100 nm. The narrow particle size distribution makes it perfect for high capacity capture steps with low backpressure and highly efficient intermediate purification steps. (More particle sizes are in preparation.)
