ATO Gloss Meter provide high-precision, miniaturized glossmeter manufactured in accordance with the ISO-2813 standard. It is suitable for the measurement of the mirror gloss of coatings, paints, inks, plastics, stone, floors, wood furniture surfaces, etc. 1. Display range: 0.0-199.9 gloss unit (Gs) 2. Measuring Angle: 20Â°, 45Â°, 60Â°, 75Â°, 85Â° 3. Stability: 0.4(Gs)/30 minutes 4. Instrument size: 114Ã—35Ã—65 (mm3) 5. Working voltage: 3.7 (V) battery How to use ATO gloss meter? Press the switch, place the instrument on the black glass standard plate, and turn the adjusting knob to make the displayed value the same as the nominal value of the standard plate. Then the instrument is placed on the white ceramic standard plate, and the error between the displayed value and the nominal value of the white ceramic standard plate should not be greater than Â±1.2 gloss units, otherwise the standard plate should be considered dirty. This process does not need to be done every time. When the error is out of tolerance, recalibrate according to the above method. After calibration, the sample can be measured. When the measured value exceeds 199.9 gloss units, overflow 1 is displayed. After the gloss tester is calibrated, you can start measuring the plane to be measured. It should be noted that during the entire gloss measurement process, the light emitted by the default light source is very stable and will not change.
