The EH285-SMART autoclave features the Priorclave exclusive Tactrol® 3 controller, enabling customisable programming, as well as safe push-button starts, even whilst gloved.  

EH285-SMART features a 285-litre chamber fitted with two full-width non-tipping stainless steel load shelves. It also incorporates automatic timed free-steaming. Pre-cycle vacuum in which multiple Vacuum stages are programmed with interspersed heating to achieve steam penetration. Vacuum Assisted Cooling. Pulsed free-steaming to maximise the efficiency of the pre-cycle vacuum phase. Post Cycle Drying. Whilst its pressure vessel carries a 10-year warranty and is insurance-approved. The door is fitted with both thermal and pressure locks to prevent opening at load temperatures above 80°C and pressures above 0.2 bar.

All epoxy-coated panels and frame members are treated with an anti-bacterial agent which is effective against all bacteria and fungi, including MRSA, for the lifetime of the autoclave.
