Are you struggling to find a standard autoclave that will suit your sterilizing requirements?

Check out the latest Laboratory and research Grade autoclave ranges designed and manufactured by Priorclave. The company recently announced the introduction of three new ranges, more models each offering more features and benefits generally found in standard laboratory autoclaves.

The Base range, which includes benchtop, top loading, and front-loading autoclaves, covers “the basics”. Suitable for any laboratory that requires sterilizing for media preparation, waste loads are well as sterilizing loose instruments, open containers, and labware.

Next in line is the SMART range. This also includes benchtop, front and top loading autoclave and many more. They are particularly ideal for industrial, research, and production labs and facilities with greater or more diverse needs. Typically suited to handling standard tasks (e.g., media prep, waste loads, labware) as well as being suitable for sterilizing more complex loads that tend to trap air. They feature fully customizable cycles (with expanded memory), pre-cycle and post-cycle vacuum, integrated cooling and freesteaming, and air intake filtration.

The Performance range is designed where high-throughput sterilizing is required i.e., more than four complete cycles each day. These steam/ water-jacketed models sterilisers are fast to heat/fast to cool and produce drier loads.

Autoclave models in the new ranges offer standard chambers capacities from 40 to 750L and will still appeal to the same diverse customer base previously supported by Priorclave which includes food and drink, dairy, pharmaceutical, agriculture, education, healthcare and research establishments.

Top Loading Autoclaves.

Now available in both Base and Smart ranges are Priorclave top loading laboratory and research grade sterilizers which includes offer three chamber capacities of 60, 85, 100 and 150L.  The 85L model has a reasonable large chamber yet an exceptionally small footprint, making it the perfect fit for labs limited on floor space.

All models in the Priorclave brand are fitted with the very latest TACTROL®3 controller.  It has a crystal-clear LCD displays and provides the user with a more simplistic approach to function settings.
